If there is any issue with your order, like receiving the wrong color or size T-shirt, then contact me, preferably on Discord, where we can easily go back and forth about it. Refusing to use Discord for a valid reason will be taken to mean that you are not serious about wanting a refund, since we can’t easily discuss the topic by email and you will be wasting our time. When demanding a refund you must explain your case and supply evidence of the problem. For example if you wanted a ,,Polish hussar” T-shirt, but received instead a ,,Roman Gladiator” T-shirt then you must give us your name (it might not be your actual name, just the one you used to make the order), your email and your order number. This way we can check your order in the site and see whether your order was actually mistaken, as the site says exactly your information and what you bought, or you are fabricating it. If we did not second check the information then we can easily be scammed by someone lying that he got a wrong order and being refunded, basically getting a T-shirt for free at our expense and monetary loss. It is indeed possible for you to make a mistake and buy the wrong product, but in this case we don’t hold responsibility for your actions, sorry. If we find your case solid, then you will be refunded and have your money back in no time, maybe an hour.
